(1) Items in original condition, not brushed/ combed/ cut or washed.
(2) Exchange/ Return application must be made within 7 days of receiving the product (s). No exchange/ return requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
(3) Any custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Return Policy
(1) Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange or return within 7 days once receiving the items. We'd give you a help as soon as possible.
(2) Items must be returned in original, factory condition. Please make sure the hair has NOT been removed from it's original bundle and the lace product has NOT been cut.
(3) Once after our customer service confirmation, you can return the items back. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
(4) Please kindly send your order number & tracking number via email once the package is sent.
If the incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause shipment delays or the package damage, we will be not be responsible for any fee or exchange requirement. Please double check the address before placing your order.

Our service will contact you within 48 work hours upon receiving the returned package. It will be processed within 24 work hours once getting your confirmation.
